We are so looking forward to this year’s walk. We have heard from the Tri-State Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Slavery, the Clarke University PB&J, and the UD Spartan Nation Liberation Federation that they are attending this year’s walk. We hope to hear from more groups that are coming from the local organizations and schools. Please come and stand for justice and walk for freedom. Wear black. If you choose to bring signs, please make sure they have positive language as this is an awareness walk not a protest. Check in will begin at 9:30 AM and the walk will start at 10:00 AM. Charlotte’s will have their food and beverage truck on site to sell if you need a little sustenance that morning. Cathy Campbell from C&C Karaoke will be providing the sound. We are thankful for the support of the Roshek Building management which is hosting our event for the 3rd year. This is a free event. There will be information tables with information from local organizations seeking to stop human trafficking. Tee shirt will be on hand for sale to help support Set Free Dubuque.
